Depending on your enquiry, you may provide your name, mobile number, email address, vehicle details, expected price, preferred appointment time and a message.

How website enquiries work

Our forms prepare a WhatsApp message in your browser. Continuing opens WhatsApp with the details included in the message link. Review the message and press Send in WhatsApp to contact our team. This website does not submit the form to a Dunes Auto enquiry database.

When you continue to WhatsApp, its service receives the message-link information and handles your use of its platform under its own privacy policy. Calling or emailing us uses your chosen phone or email service.

Why we use your information

We use information you send to respond to your enquiry, discuss a vehicle or service, arrange a viewing or inspection, and follow up on your request. If you decide to proceed with a purchase, sale, consignment or finance application, we will explain any additional information needed for that process.

Finance and other providers

A website enquiry is not a finance application. Before supplying documents for a bank, finance company, insurer or other provider, ask our team which provider will receive them and how to submit them. That provider’s privacy notice and terms apply to its handling of your information.

Keep your initial enquiry simple

Please do not enter QID or passport numbers, bank account details, card information or financial documents into website enquiry fields. Our team can explain the next steps if documents are needed.

Website services

Pages may load fonts from Google Fonts and vehicle information from our website. These requests can expose technical information, such as your IP address, to the service involved. Links to Google Maps, Google reviews and WhatsApp open external services with their own privacy practices.

No visitor analytics or advertising trackers have been added to this preview. This notice will be updated when the hosting and any analytics services are configured for launch.
