We address minor items identified during preparation and arrange polishing and detailing where required, getting each car ready for presentation.

Showing the car clearly
Our team takes indoor and outdoor photographs to help customers explore the vehicle before visiting. We present its specifications and relevant details clearly.

Connecting with you
Our customer care team looks after incoming enquiries and connects customers with the sales team for vehicle information and viewing arrangements.

Owner’s car. Dunes Auto’s care.
Consignment cars remain privately owned. They follow our minimum acceptance standards, while preparation and additional work depend on the vehicle’s condition and the owner’s agreement.

Booking a vehicle
Cars are available on a first-come, first-served basis until we receive the agreed booking payment and confirm your reservation.
Whether your booking fee is refundable or non-refundable will be agreed in writing before payment. Any exception to the agreed refund terms requires written approval from Dunes Auto management.
