the vehicle must be insured by you while it is at Dunes Auto Qatar.
2. I authorize Dunes Auto Qatar to arrange test drives with potential customers on my behalf.
3. I have no objection to potential customers having the vehicle fully inspected by a garage, inspection center, or mechanic of their choice.
4. Dunes Auto Qatar shall not be held responsible for any mechanical malfunction or breakdown while the vehicle is in its care or thereafter.
5. Dunes Auto Qatar is not responsible for damage to batteries, service indicators, or other electronic equipment while the vehicle is in its care or thereafter.
6. If the windshield or other glass is already cracked, Dunes Auto Qatar is not responsible if the crack increases in size while the vehicle is in Dunes Auto Qatar’s care or thereafter.
7. I have inspected my insurance policy as Dunes Auto Qatar is not responsible in any way for the vehicle, including but not limited to test drives by potential customers, loss or damage by fire, flood, storm, theft, vandalism, and or misconduct, negligence of its employees or otherwise.
8. I have inspected the vehicle and removed all valuables from the vehicle.
9. if the vehicle is resold to the new owner through a local bank loan arranged by Dunes Auto Qatar, please note that this may result in a delay in payment to you.
10. Dunes Auto Qatar is committed to taking the best possible care of your vehicle while it is in their Custody.
